Here at DM Property, we know that the process of moving house can be stressful at the best of times. Given the current circumstances, we understand that you may now be questioning whether or not now is even the right time to place your property on the market.

We fully appreciate that for some, waiting to see how the next few weeks unfold is the best course of action. However, we believe that it is crucial for sellers to be proactive, and to get into the best position possible for when government restrictions are lifted. This means: having a comprehensive property valuation and market appraisal, instructing an estate agent, and following the advice of your agent to best prepare your property for the market.

That is why we have devised digital solutions to ensure we can still service our clients whilst dealing with the isolation and social distancing challenges we are currently experiencing.

Our ‘Virtual Valuation’ service has been created to provide you with an accurate property appraisal without having to visit your property.

  1. Email propertysales@drummondmiller.co.uk or call us on 0131 243 1235  to arrange your virtual appointment

  2. Download ‘Zoom’ (or alternative video call software) and have a video call to chat about the property (if you are technologically challenged you can arrange to talk over the phone and send photos via email).

  3. Once we have all of the information that we need, we will email you with a full quotation.
